Arby’s adds hamburger to menu for first time, launches blended wagyu burger

The new Arby’s Wagyu Steakhouse Burger is available starting Monday, May 23, 2022, through July 31.

Arby’s is known for having the meats, but on Monday, for the first time ever, the fast food company launched a hamburger as part of its menu. The Wagyu Steakhouse Burger debuted today at locations across the country and is available for a limited time.

The base of the burger is a blend of 52% American Wagyu and 48% ground beef that’s cooked sous vide style, meaning it slow-cooked in an airtight container by temperature-controlled water. The burger comes on a toasted brioche bun and is topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion and burger sauce.
